PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT

Business Meetings

At business meetings (approximately once per month), we follow an agenda and address club business. As a component of our professional development program, we typically have a guest speaker who talks with us about their profession and career path.

We have enjoyed presentations from a financial planner, a mortgage broker, a Sparks police officer, a handwriting analyst, consultants, non-profit managers, and the like.

NETWORKING

Partners in Service with Rotary

Our history as a club has been marked by many wonderful international and local community related activities. Rotaract members have traveled to Brazil and Thailand through Rotary's New Generations Exchange Program. We also regularly network with local Rotarians during meetings and dinners celebrating the work that Rotary does around the world.
