Over 100 people joined us at Rancho San Rafael to help End Polio Now! With only Nigeria, Afghanistan and Pakistan as the only three countries left on the World Health Organization's list where polio is still a pandemic, we are about 200 new cases of polio a year away from wiping it off the planet for good!
